Send us your question →Do you build the app for both iPhone and Android?
Yes, we build for both. In most projects, one app that runs on both kinds of phone saves time and cost. When the camera or top speed really matters, building separately for each kind of phone can be the better choice. We decide together which suits you.
How long does it take to build an app?
It depends on the scope. We recommend launching a first version with the core features and improving it with user feedback, so your app reaches people sooner. After our first meeting we share a schedule with a date for every step.
Do you also handle publishing on the App Store and Google Play?
Yes. We prepare the store page text, screenshots and required details, and follow the submission and approval process. The app is published under your own developer account, in your name, and we help you open the account. Apple and Google decide on approval.
Can it work with our website or the programs we use?
Yes. The app can connect to your online shop, your customer management program, your accounting and stock software or your own programs. How the connection is built depends on what those programs allow; if needed, we write the link between them too.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. We offer maintenance for new iPhone and Android versions, bug fixes, security updates and new features. We regularly share with you what should be improved, based on how the app is used and what users say.
